Rotating niobium target material is used as an anti reflective coating material. By sputtering coating, the sensing film and anti reflective film are improved from being separated on two layers of glass to being integrated on one piece of glass, making the touch screen thinner and smaller in thickness and volume. It is mainly used in advanced touch screens, flat displays, and surface coating of energy-saving glass.
